    Hi Saurabh,

Fusion Supplier Model supports File-Based Data Import (FBDI) templates to import various supplier entities, including suppliers, supplier addresses, supplier sites, supplier contacts, and others.  Fusion Payments supports similar FBDI templates to import supplier bank accounts.

For detailed information on the supplier import, you can refer to the Import Suppliers section in the following documentation:
    https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/procurementcs_gs/OAPRC/OAPRC1007476.htm#OAPRC1007365

Here is more information on FBDI for Procurement Cloud and the import templates for supplier entities and supplier bank accounts:
    http://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/procurementcs_gs/OEFBP/toc.htm
    http://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/financialscs_gs/OEFBF/Supplier_Bank_Account_Import_4002_fbdi_23.htm#4002

Regarding 1099 requirements, the FBDI templates also support various tax related fields such as Taxpayer ID, Federal reportable, Federal Income Tax Type, Use withholding tax, Withholding Tax Group, etc. on different supplier entities.

    Thanks,
    Alan
