I'm not an expert on this, but my understanding is that the Session_ID value in the database is a completely different measure from the billable sessions that are charged to your contract. Our billable sessions are charged in 15 minute blocks, whereas the Session_ID value in the database can be controlled by a configuration setting, depending on how you want to measure usage locally. I would suggest speaking to your Oracle sales rep for clarification.
You should be able to view your session data here:
Hi, I would like to know how I can drill down into search reports at lower levels. Our contacts are grouped into a hierarchy, so we'd like to see from top level down, how many colleagues access the site each day, how many searches they carry out, how many answers they view etc.
When I try to run anything like this, the report fails due to too many data lookups (we have around 25,000 contacts in the tool).
Thank you - I think this is probably beyond my skills, so I'll request this from our developer
Thanks Sebastien. I don't suppose there's a guide anywhere that would explain how to complete these steps?
Yes - we have the Answer Widget at the bottom of every answer. When a colleague clicks 'no', the feedback form pops up, and any text that the user populates then generates a new incident.
